What are y’all’s energy usage/electric bills for these past few months?

Looking at my 3300kWh I wonder if maybe my house is just poorly insulated (built in 2000) or this weather is just doing too damn much. Indoor temps are permanently set around 76-78, the house is 4000 sqft in the Sugar Land area.
