What are some universities with the highest acceptance rates in Houston?

I’m in 12th grade in Ottawa, Canada and my dream has been to move to Houston ever since I visited family there back in 2018. Had an emotional conversation with my uncle about 3 years ago and he told me if I put my mind to it and when the time comes, I could do university in the H-Town. Now that time has come, what are some universities in Houston with a high acceptance rate? I’ll apply to more than one but I’d like to know the ones with good acceptance to international students.
