What are some of the nicest restaurants to take clients and business partners to in the Houston area?

Towards the end of the month, I have a couple of business partners coming down and I am going to treat them and a couple of my more strategic clients to a nice dinner.

My company gives me a limit of $300 per person which includes food and drinks, so I figure that should be enough to cover most of the restaurants around.

I don't have a specific food genre in mind, so hit me with what you think would be good.
