What are some of the best restaurants to work at as a server?

Any recommendations?

I’m around the galleria area if that helps.

Currently I am working at a nice Brazilian restaurant and it’s super busy usually especially on the weekends (don’t wanna say the name) but can’t seem to hit $2000 a paycheck.

Any suggestions?
