What are some of the best places to get birria tacos and fajitas in Houston?

I’ve been to blk mkt birria, taco fuego and tacos y tortas for birria but was looking for some recommendations.

For fajitas, I’ve been to el tiempo, pappasitos, ninfas, theotichan and felt that el tiempo was the best (great flavor). What are some of your favorite ones?
