What are some nice areas in Houston to rent apartment/house and what kind of prices can I expect?

I'm doing some research on internet about Houston and it's real estate market. I'll be moving to TX by mid 2024 for personal-family business but I haven't visited Houston before (only San Antonio).

What are some nice residential areas to rent in Houston and what kind of prices can I expect in average for 1/1 or 2/2?

Let's say my budget range is 1600 – 2000 for a 1/1 or 2/2 (rent)
