What are some good shelters for a kitten 5+ weeks old?

Found a stray kitten and confirmed that there wasn't a mother around and asked if it was anybody's in the area. It's no one's and I took them in. I absolutely cannot keep this kitten with me as much as I want to.

I'm trying to find shelters today but not sure which ones are trust worthy or have the best track records on getting animals adopted.
