What are some good food gifts from HTX?

Hi guys! I’m traveling to the Midwest for work in the next couple of weeks. I want to put 2 gift baskets together for the 2 members of my team. Ideally, I would like shelf stable stuff that we take for granted here in HTX that they don’t get in the Midwest. I’m thinking salsa, wine, cheese, brittle etc. Looking for recommendations of your favorite stuff (and where I can get it) so I can pick it up over the weekend. Thanks for your help!
