What are some good cheap restaurants in or around the loop (around 290/610)

I need to start saving more money. Already cook at home 6 days a week but like to go out 1 day a week just to get a break. What are some good non-fast food restaurants that a family of 3 can get a meal for under $30 total? I’m sick of Dominos.
