What are some adventurous date ideas to do in Houston?

I have a date tomorrow with a girl I've been wanting to take out for awhile now. I want to do something she'll remember that's adventurous, and not your typical get dinner and movie thing. She said she wanted something cute and adventurous. Any ideas?
