What are other Houston area hospitals doing to recover from the financial losses of Covid-19?

I’m hearing some hospitals are having lay offs. UTMB announced they are not planning layoffs, instead they are having employees take 1 day of vacation every week for 8 weeks. Employees will still get paid for their vacation day, because that money has already been accounted for when it was earned. What are other Houston area hospitals doing to recover from the financial losses of Covid-19?
