What are BOB’s biggest flaws and if you want him gone who would u replace him with ?

I know BOB has had issues with clock management and questionable play calling and I have seen majority of the fan base call for his head. With that being said, what are his biggest flaws and who would u want to replace him with ?

If he’s actually bad at his job then why hasn’t he been fired yet ?
