Westheimer and Gessner Intersection – Street window washer is getting out of control

Today i was trying to make a left turn from Westheimer facing west onto Gessner and unfortunately hit a red light. This random dude walked by and about to start wiping my windshield . I shouted don’t touch my car and turned on my wiper and next second he got super pissed and started yelling at me. He physically blocked my car, calling me an asshole and wouldn’t let me leave. After about 2 rounds of red lights i reversed my car once i see no car behind me then accelerated away.

Normally when i see these people i leave some space, but this one was so random and came from so far i didn’t see it coming at all. And when i drove back to this intersection i saw this guy doing the exact same thing to another car.

I called the police for this, hopefully they do something about it.
