West Belfort Blvd expansion

While the expansion is not in the city limits of Houston nor in Harris county, it is in the extra jurisdictional authority of the City, so city planners would be over it, and in case any are reading this, I am posting the question here.

Does anyone know the timing of expanding West Belfort blvd to FM 723? Recently, I found the plat to a new Fort Bend school 120 acre complex, the Gene Tomas high school and some more schools on a City of Houston plat site. On that southern portion of the school complex plat is a large right-of-way for West Belfort.

Does anyone here know anything about a West Belfort expansion and its timing?
