Were you the driver of an SUV that was rear-ended this morning (2.23) on Milam St heading south at around 8am this morning?

I saw the scumbag swerve off after pretending to pull over with you. Have pictures of his license plate (white Nissan Altima) and was able to get a picture of his face. Know it’s a long shot but hit and run drivers should be punished.
