“Any potentially major storm event like this, we’re preparing as if we know that a Category 3 hurricane is bearing down on us,” Tomball City Manager Rob Hauck said. “We’re going to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. That has always served us well—being overprepared rather than underprepared.”
