We’re likely going to be trading up a lot in the mid-rounds

We already had a ton of late round picks and now after the Cooks trade we have an additional 5th. We also recently got a 7th round compensatory pick.

We have 12 selections now and there's no way we're going to have 12 rookies on our final 53 man roster.

Overall we have: 1,1,2,3,3,4,5,6,6,6,6,7

We absolutely should be packaging our surplus late round picks to move up into the 3rd/4th/5th rounds and snag players high on our board.

Like hypothetically if theres someone towards the end of the 3rd that we love lets trade our 4th and our best 6 rounder to move up. If theres someone we like mid 4th, lets trade cowboys 5th and a 6th to move up

We can get really aggressive and drafts guys we want. Extremely unlikely we actually select 4 players in the 6th..id rather draft 2 additional guys in the 4th or 5th
