‘We’re behind’: Southwest Airlines CEO says company will focus on modernization

CEO Bob Jordan says Southwest’s systems haven’t kept up as the company has grown to operating more than 4,000 daily flights and employing more than 60,000 people. And the airline is expected to operate 6,000 flights a day, have 1,000 aircraft and employ just shy of 100,000 people five years from now.
