Wellhead equipment co. Cactus to acquire pipe technologies co. FlexSteel for more than $620M
If FlexSteel and its subsidiaries make enough revenue during the 18 months starting Jan. 1, Cactus will pay an additional cash earn-out payment of up to $75 million in mid-2024.
