Well seasoned firewood for smoker

So I just got a stick burner and I am now in need of some well seasoned firewood. The problem is the couple places I found of FB look like their wood is green even though it’s advertised as seasoned. Does anyone know a good spot north of the loop to get some quality smoking wood? I’m looking for post or red oak preferably
