Welcome Group acquires 7-acre industrial park in northwest Houston
Houston-based developer Welcome Group has added a four-building office complex to its portfolio of real estate holdings.
Welcome Group paid an undisclosed amount to acquire the property that the company is referring to as the Tally Energy complex, which is located at the southwest corner of West Sam Houston Parkway and Tanner Road in west Houston.
