Weird interaction at Stude Park

So today I was taking a walk at Stude Park and there was a white male who was running opposite direction of me, and as he gets closer I can see him looking towards me and smiling in a creepily way. The moment he passes by me I hear him say:

“And this is where I stab you”.

I just kept walking because it didn’t register to me what he had said until a few seconds later, but like what the f**k? Is this like some sick joke, what the hell is wrong with people? I’m a smaller woman, so this scared the s**t out of me. It completely ruined my walk and I went home after this frightened.
