Weight loss clinic

I been thinking about trying glp1 drugs. I don’t have insurance and I seen the online membership places but I want a place I can physically go and talk to people. I heard of other cities that have weight loss clinics that prescribe glp1 drugs. Does Houston have any? And if so does anyone have any experience with them?
