Weekday brunch SE Houston

Looking for a nice (and tasty) brunch place for a birthday celebration tomorrow! Would prefer some nice mimosas and breakfast cocktails on the menu. I'm in league city so looking for less than 15 min commute. Preferably with a large menu as I will have some picky people in my party.

I looked at previous threads but they were either for different neighborhoods or suggested restaurants were too far (e.g. Hugo's)
