Wedding Venue Help

We’re trying to find a venue for 150 people that after venue fees, food, & bar comes in around or under 25k and it feels impossible. Everything I like is landing right over 30k.

The vibes we’ve found ourselves fond of are the bell tower on 34th, the astorian, and the springs of cypress.

Anyone have recommendations? I feel like I’m drowning.
