Weatherford CEO, another C-suite exec depart

Weatherford International PLC (OTC Pink: WFTLF), which has its main U.S. office in Houston, announced June 8 that President and CEO Mark McCollum has the company and its board of directors.

Christina Ibrahim, executive vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary, also left the company, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Christi Morrison has been appointed interim general counsel and corporate secretary.
