We lowered our home’s property value with HCAD during our protest period last summer. When will we see a smaller monthly payment?

We successfully protested last year and received notification in summer of 2021 that we had our value lowered with HCAD. I thought the lower payment would kick in for the January 2022 payment, but it was the same as last year, and it looks like our February payment is the same too. When will we see a lower payment?
