We are one music festival refunds missing

Has anyone gotten their refund? I got two tickets w cashapp and they havent refunded me. I disputed the charge in time as they directed us in an email and it was declined. I also never recieved a “Deluxe payment exchange email”. Also i dont get any communication from neither of their emails
