Waze went bonkers

Every time I drive north toward Tomball on the Grand Parkway my GPS and Waze both lose their minds. Today I was constantly implored to make a u-turn even though I was long past the point at which it should have been apparent that I wanted to take 99 & not Sam Houston Tollway. Is there some sort of navigational black hole out there? I was being told to turn on roads that didn’t even intersect the one I was on.
