Waterpark for Younger Kids?

My family is visiting Houston next week after 4th of July. My 4-year-old just visited his first waterpark in the Pennsylvania and had a great time. I’ve been promising we’d go to another waterpark in Texas but when I look at the options I see almost every ride has a 42” height requirement and he’s just 41”. Really a solid inch too short. I checked the websites for Hurricane Harbor, Schlitterbahn, Typhoon Texas, and Great Wolf and they really have all the non-baby rides pegged to 42”. Kinda a bummer!

I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a waterpark or other theme park experience aimed at the slightly younger set. He’s still a little guy but he’s too big for baby stuff. Any suggestions? Will also accept notes for where they reliably don’t actually care about height requirements 😁
