water running 24/7 in houston apt.

hey everyone. i just moved into a loft apartment. it’s very industrial with exposed brick and (unfortunately) exposed piping. im hearing water flowing 24/7. it’s non stop. through the pipes that is connected to the bathroom. i’ve talked with the property manager about it and she said that there is a guys toilet above me leaking. it’s been three days and nothing has been fixed and im not sure what to do.

i really don’t mind hearing water flowing but not 24/7. do y’all think this is the toilet or something else? i did not hear water when i toured this place and wouldn’t have moved here if i did. i pay $1700 a month for this place.
