Water puddle on garage floor – slab foundation advice needed

I have a ranch style home with an attached garage. The foundation has been repaired twice and it has piers all along the perimeter of the house. Now the back of the garage has a low point, 2,5" but it has not moved in 3 years. I need 10 interior piers and polyurethane injection under garage floor. but company said since it hasn't moved in a few years he wouldn't call it "must do". So I was going to wait. After the recent rains I noticed yesterday that there is a puddle in the middle of the garage floor. My realtor tells me this is not good but not uncommon in Houston and that I shouldn't panic and fix the foundation just for that reason. Could use some advice from experts. submitted by /u/HouBro |
