Water Interruption 77006

Does anyone know of a water service outage in 77006? I'm without water as of 330 pm Mon 11/10.

311 said there was a service interruption about 3/4 of a mile from my place, but that seems a bit far to affect me? The other strong possibility is my slumlord not paying the water bill (again). Water services won't speak to me, as I'm not on the account.

I have a lot I need to do, and need to figure out what is happening. My landlady of course has her phone off, and will only answer in 1-5 weeks by banging on my door at some random time unannounced.

But I digress. Anyone have info?
