Water going out

I wonder if anyone else was going through this but I live off of Hwy 290 and Bingle Road and have had my kitchen faucet cut on then randomly cut off as I try to use it. It’s gotten so bad that I can’t even use the faucet anymore since no water comes out consistently.

The maintenance guy for my apartment came by and said it was a city of Houston issue with the water advisory, I tried to soak the faucet head in vinegar and clean it out so I’m not sure what’s the best solution? Thanks!

I wonder if other Houston folks were experiencing this same issue!
