Water Delivery Service – NOT Primo Brands Affiliated

Absolute s**t show of a service since Sparklettes was purchased by them a few months ago. We haven’t had 1 delivery on time and this week alone have had 4 reschedules. This is 100% not against the drivers, who I am sure are drowning in deliveries, and having to deal with many angry people when they actually do make deliveries, I feel terrible for them. Management on the other hand is clearly broken.

Bonus points if anyone knows the email format used at Primo, I’ve had enough of the the CEOs mailed letters blaming others for his companies failures.
