Waste Management to have 40 green energy, recycling projects under construction in 2024

While Houston-based Waste Management Inc. (NYSE: WM) is rolling out more sustainability projects, the company also is finding ways to use automation and technology to reduce its headcount — and thus expenses, officials said during WM’s earnings call for the third quarter of 2023.
