Waste Connections

I am wondering if anyone has a direct connection to anyone in leadership at Waste Connections corporate, which is technically north of Houston. I have an interesting business option to discuss, but have no inside contact. I pay a 10% referral fee to anyone that can connect me. Could be SIGNIFICANT!! Thanks in advance.
