Hi! I live near-ish Washington Ave and it seems like the trains have been honking more often and (maybe) louder as of recently, and at all hours of the day. I know it’s supposed to be a quiet zone but that they have to honk in case of emergencies, etc. Has anyone else noticed this? Any ideas why?
