Was that a satellite launch that just went over Houston?

Just saw it heading to Sugar Land down hwy 6 from 288 about 10 or 15 minutes ago, approx 7:35ish pm. It was a steady, fairly fast light and I saw a couple (I think they’re called) dispersals pulse off of it. Pretty cool.
