Was Princess Bubblegum really a fascist?

IMO there is a good case for it. Cam Newton had a great rookie year in 2011 but I feel like Stroud's was much better. I can't think of many other rookie seasons that were even on the same level. Maybe Andrew Luck in 2012 but that's it.
