Was just behind a huge motorcade on Hardy Toll Road, heading South. Who’s in town?

It definitely looked like an important politician’s motorcade — ~6 police motorcycles alongside, four police SUVs in the back, probably 8-10 black unmarked SUVs in the middle with police light bars in their front and back windows, and an ambulance. This was about 4pm today.
