Was happy to hear Eric Berger say on NPR yesterday that this storm very likely marks the end of hurricane season for the gulf coast

There is a cold front that will hopefully get here in 10-12 days which would keep storms away, although hurricane season officially goes to the end of November that is really for the Atlantic
