Was east freeway repaved?

Specifically east freeway from the John Ralston exit to the Normandy exit. The freeway now has a really terrible texture to drive on, loose gravel, uneven and bumpy lanes. It’s mainly the right two lanes, the left lane is fine and it seems like it was left alone
