Warehouse live midtown parking

Anyone have info for parking for this location? I see the 2811 Travis St underground garage. Do I just pull up and retrieve a ticket and pay at the exit? I visit the garage parking website and all dates on calender say sold out. I'm a bit confused by this. Any help is appreciated!!
