Want to get a 2-car detached garage built

Any recommended builders and ballpark of what this should cost to have built? Nothing fancy, but would need to be built from the ground up with, needs a slab, and a everything. Ideally I’d like to have it constructed in a way that would allow me to eventually build a 1-bedroom apartment above the garage at some point down the line (located in Montrose).

I have a ~500 sq ft piece of land on my property that’s not being utilized (used to be a garage that was torn down years ago).
