Walkable areas in Houston suburbs

Looking for walkable areas in any of the Houston burbs with houses in the same area. Sugar Land, Katy, woodlands etc. what’s out there?

Talking about being able to walk/bike to coffee shops/restaurants without having to go on or cross a crazy busy street or highway.
