W 25th and Durham in the heights – Safe or prone to flooding?

Hi everybody, I am looking at a property on W 25th and Durham in the heights / shady acres area. This does not flag up at all on any flood zone maps. Does anybody live close to here or know if this area had any issues with the prior year floods, Harvey, Memorial floods, etc?
