Vs Chargers tailgate?

Hi all! I'm attending my first football game tomorrow all the way from Scotland. I'm just wondering if there will be a tailgate and if so, should I bring some beers, etc.

If there is a tailgate, is it in a particular car park?

Sitting in an area noted as " The bullpen" is this a decent area for atmosphere ?
