Vivid hair color – where to go

As the title indicates I’m looking for someone to do a vivid fire or galaxy peek a boo style. I’m still deciding between which color. I don’t mind spending money to get it done correctly but I’m don’t need a fancy spa to do that. I’m also aware that it can be a long day or multiple trip process. Since I do very little currently with my hair it should handle the bleaching needed prior to the coloring. So hit me with your suggestions of where to go.
