Visiting Houston in July (pt II) and looking for specialty coffee shops downtown

Hi all, thank you for the recs on Brazilian restaurants! For myself I’m looking for local, quality pour over or espresso near downtown or within easy bus/walking distance. I’m used to the Portland, Denver etc coffee scene and local roasters is a big plus!

Please give me any info about the places I listed below or any recs I missed from my Reddit/Google research. I would love to support a shop doing community work or otherwise making positive impacts.

I make pour over at home but usually order drip at a shop. If not that, then oat milk (if you know the brand they use that would be super helpful) or chai lattes are my default. Thank you!
